What we collect

When you request a court we collect your name, mobile number, the number of players and members, and the court and time you chose. When you sign up for text alerts we collect your mobile number, your alert preferences (days, times, price), and a record of your consent (the wording you agreed to and when).

How we use it

To pass your court request to the facility's staff so they can book it, to show staff who is arriving and what to charge, and, if you opted in, to text you about discounted open courts that match your preferences.

Text messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Your number is shared only with the facility's front-desk staff (to handle your request) and with the service providers that run CourtDrop on our behalf: our text-message carrier, our hosting provider and our database provider. They may use it only to provide those services.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not put your phone number in links, analytics or public pages.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to stop alerts. Reply START to resume them. To ask us to delete your information, call (541) 323-0100.
